When you discuss your needs for an Apartment you will need to provide the following proof:
- Each new resident must pass the community background check.
- You can prove that you can afford the apartment.
- You have proof of income.
- You make 4x rent in household income.[Example: A $1,000 Apartment will need a household income of $4,000 to qualify]
- You can afford to make monthly payments (You have option for split payments x2 per month).
